When Encompas Ltd entered receivership on 13th July 2011, Logic Group purchased a specific set of assets including the Encompas website domain, customer data base, stock, computer equipment, telephone number and office furniture from the receivers in the normal process of liquidation.
Logic Group is proud to offer the same services in the renewables and energy efficiency market that Encompas did before their receivership.

Kevin Hall today confirmed that there were no plans at this stage to take on any of Encompas Ltd.'s liabilities.
