  Several different plumbing improvements (tap replacements, reorganisation of central heating pipework, new bath installation) made in the last few months.  All carried out quickly and to a very high standard - which is why we keep returning to Logic for our jobs.  The people who come to do the work are invariably competent, friendly and informative in discussion.  It is unusual to also  mention administrative staff in these reports but the Plumbing team from Logic are led by a lady called Megan, who has an excellent grip of all the different aspects of the job and yet is invariably helpful and friendly to the customer.   A few years ago we bought an old house in the countryside that needed sensitive updating - plumbing, heating, electrical and combinations of all three. Initially we struggled to get the required expertise. Then we found Logic and have since asked them to do big projects and small, simple jobs and awfully tricky ones. They always turn up when they say they will. They always have the combinations of expertise and experience on hand to overcome the surprises that an old house throws up.   The crew arrived in good time for a very big awkward job. Almost everything was plumbed in by the end of the first day, but I was very concerned that some pipework was encroaching on what was really the adjacent hanging space. However this was corrected the next day, deftly and with little fuss. Your electrician took good pains to explain the system operation, which was up and running by early afternoon of the second day, and the surrounding cupboards rebuilt exactly as they were.
