Electrical Supervisor / QS

Pay: £43,000 – £45,000 per year
Hours: 42.5 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday

Job Overview

Logic is one of Cumbria’s largest Independent Service & Maintenance Companies. We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Full-Time Electrical Supervisor/QS. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of electricians and maintaining aspects of electrical certification processes, ensuring compliance with national regulations.

Responsibilities

– Maintain all aspects of electrical certification processes, including issuing and tracking certificates for various electrical work
– Ensure compliance with all national regulations related to electrical certification
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all certificates issued and ensure they are easily accessible
– Provide exceptional customer service to clients who require electrical certification
– Communicate with clients to provide updates on the status of their certificates
– Respond to inquiries from clients, contractors, and other stakeholders in a timely and professional manner
– Work closely with other team members to ensure efficient and effective administration of all electrical certification processes
– Supervise a team of electricians
– You will be required to work on your own domestic and commercial electrical projects
– Conduct site inspections and complete quality control checks

Requirements

– Electrical qualifications required – 18thEdition, 2391 Inspection & Testing
– Previous experience in the electrical industry
– Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
– Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
– Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
– Knowledge of national regulations related to electrical certification
