Want to Request a Heating Quote?

Our team are in the office from Monday to Friday, between 8am and 5pm. Appointments can be arranged outside of these times in an emergency. We aim to email you a quote within 48 hours of a visit (hard copies can be sent in the post if requested).

An expert will visit the site to assess the nature of the work and how much it will cost to complete. Visits are generally free, although a small number of visits may incur a charge depending on the time and location. If you choose to proceed with your quote, any charge will be deducted from the final invoice.

Workmanship

Almost all of the jobs we carry out are guaranteed against faulty workmanship for a period of 12 months. Some jobs, such as drain blockages, can be complex and involve a number of factors which make it difficult to offer this. If you need more information, please do not hesitate to get in touch and a member of our team
will be able to clarify.

Materials

Materials and parts supplied by The Logic Group are covered by the manufacturers guarantee or warranty.
This usually guarantees replacement or repair of faulty goods generally within a period of 12 months. If a
part is under warranty but is more than 12 months old then any labour will incur a charge.

Boilers

We install leading brands of gas, oil, LPG and biomass boilers. We also install renewable technologies (heat
pumps, biomass and more) which have exclusive warranties up to 12 years. Our team can register your
warranty, provide aftercare, carry out annual services and complete Gas Safety tests. Should you ever
experience a problem with your boiler while it is within warranty, you would need to contact the
manufacturer directly.

How it Works
For a new installation enquiry please complete the ‘contact us’ form under ‘contact’ or call our office on 01228 598000 and ask for our Sales Department.

Depending on the type of installation, we may be able to provide a ‘subject to survey’ quote if you are able to provide some information.  
 
Once you receive this quote and are happy to proceed, we would then arrange for our estimator to attend to check the quote and amend if necessary.
     
If we are unable to do a subject to survey quote, we would arrange either a video survey or a site visit with our estimator.

We will then be able to gather all the information, discuss your requirements and put a quote together.

Payment terms and conditions will be included on the quote provided.
